What does it mean to have confidence?

Confidence means feeling sure of yourself and your abilities, in a secure and humble way. Confidence is a quiet inner knowledge that you’re capable. Confident people feel secure, rather than insecure. Confidence is a natural expression of ability, expertise, and self-regard.

What are some of the signs you lack confidence?

  • You often hesitate and lack assertiveness
  • Socially withdrawn
  • Unable to accept compliments
