NLP (NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING)

What is NLP?

NLP is all about making changes at the unconscious level–so the change in your thinking becomes automatic–you do not have to consciously think about it or remember to behave or think differently. NLP offers a ‘toolkit’ of techniques and a mindset that is based on the study of human excellence. There are a great many tools in our toolkit so we have a choice over how we can help people. NLP offers solutions for people, is very practical and enables changes to be made effectively and efficiently.

NLP is a focused solutions approach and assists the client towards removing unwanted and unhelpful negative beliefs and perceptions, which enables the internal narrative to shift and subsequently helps the unconscious find resolution. Practitioners have applied NLP commercially to achieve work-orientated goals, such as improved productivity or job progression . More widely, it has been applied as a therapy for psychological disorders, including phobias, depression, generalized anxiety disorders(GAD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

NLP is a set of tools which can be used to facilitate powerful, quick and long lasting change in both individuals and
organisations.
